Default Suspension advice, please

My GS4 have 125k miles. Is running good but sometimes feels someway like the rear shocks are not keeping car steady.
I WILL LIKE TO KEEP SUSPENSION AS SMOOTH AS ORIGINAL.
I found this site very close to what I want to replace the shocks.

Later, I will like to drop or lowering my car a little maybe one inch and a half while keeping the ride as smooth as possible.

BTW: Have to keep the same oem wheels because I visited some wheel dealers and are out of my budget (over $2000 20" with tires) No way!

So fellows, what is your advise to renew my ride while keeping low cost.

I had search a lot but can't find a concise answer. Excuse me for posting more of the same. Sometimes I need a direct answer.

thanks in advance
