Default Spring Rates, stock and L-tuned?

Hi all,

Does anyone know the spring rates of our GS430 stock springs versus the L-Tuned ones.

Reason for me asking is that I just installed L-tuned springs and bilstein shocks and my ride became extremely rough. I live in NYC, and the pot-holes and the roads in general seem unbearable to me now. Please chime in if anyone knows.

I am about to put my stock springs back in with the bilsteins. I thought that the L-tuned is supposed to be close to stock rates.

yea i saw that yesterday. It is coilover data, not spring rate data that I really need. Thanks for the input though.
