Default Quick question guys.

I'm currently looking to purchasing TEIN SS dampers for the JZS160/161 GS400. On their website, it says the ride height is lowered 2 inches once you install it and has adjustability up to 3'' inches. Does that mean it's possible to lower your car for a total of 5'' inches? Or is it just 3'' from stock height?

Sorry for the stupid question but I just want to get things straight before I make my purchase.

I believe its 3" from stock. But I could be wrong, I doubt a total of 5" can be achieved especially it being TEIN. But I could be wrong, just going off of what I've heard and seen. I've seen people tuck on 19's with that suspension though.

Just go with Tein Flex. You can make it so low that your will car to sit on the ground....literally. Only problem is how you would fit a jack under there

Besides the height thing, the Flex is a higher end suspension than the SS and subsequently should be able to handle better. The biggest problem is that the Flex costs quite a bit more than the SS.
