Default First problem with my GS....brakes

Slight grinding/hissing noise while braking and I don't think the rotors are warped. I don't know if its just me but not feeling too safe while braking. I thought possibly the front shocks are out causing the body to dip. Any pointers would help and which dealer to go to. I'm in Los Angeles California. Thanks in advance

Can't help about your problem...but, I do like the service at Glendale Lexus in Glendale, CA. The service guy to ask for is Emilio...very nice guy...make sure to get an RX as a loaner.
