If you find this a useless thread mod then delete it. But I recently changed my rear stabilizer links for my 1999 GS300. But it is all the same for 300/400/430 1998-2005.

Part number for both rear stabilizer links are the same which is

48830-30080

Are you talking about the endlinks?


Also you know what's funny. I just bought the nut that attaches the endlinks to the rear bar because mine fell out while I was on that 270 degree freeway exit ramp

A week ago, I bought a nut to replace it. It was just an ordinary nut. It fell out though. I went to lexus again two days ago and ordered 4 of them just incase. When I got the nuts, they were different from the one I received last week. The new ones had a washer-flange on it so it exerts more pressure while tightening up the nut.

What's weird is they said that is OEM part (showed me on the computer). Anyone know why I received different nuts? The one that I ordered previously were the EXACT same one that came with the car. Just an ordinary nut. These new one seems to work better for me though. As long as it doesn't fall out (again), I wont complain. Just thought it was odd.

They are shape like the cartoon doggy bone (LoL!) They are the links that connect from the sway bar to the control arm. Hope this helps!
