Default Vibrating Brake - PLEASE HELP.

I just replaced new brake pads and rotors for all 4 corners and when I drive, I experienced some vibration when I applied the brakes. I have read a few threads and all pointing to the rotors but they're brand new!!!

I also read some that said to grease to pin. What pin is it? can some one help?

Info:
1. The rotors are off Ebay and they're crossed drilled Brembo OEM.
2. Pads are EBC green.
3. Did not bleed the brake lines.

I notice on the EBC pads there is a breakin coating. Does this have the vibration effect?

Any advise?
