Default Eibach Spring Installer needed in Austin Tx

For those of you in/around Austin, I'm looking for a shop that can do my Eibach Pro-Kit spring install. Lexus of Austin quoted me $689 for the install, and Bearden Automotive quoted me $670. These price quotes are outrageous!

Anyone have a recomendation on a local shop that does good work for a fair price?

Thanks,

... still looking for a Spring Installer in/around the Austin area... In the past, I only paid about $200 for a spring install, plus alignment (on Nissan 240sx and a Subaru WRX). Then I started doing my own installs and upgrades. I'd do the IS350 install myself, but with two small children, it's impossible to find the time.

On a scale of 1-10 (10 being the hardest) How difficult is a spring install on the IS350?

Any recommendations or install info would be greatly appericated.

Thanks,

I have a vague recollection of a rec about Protech Performance (www.ptpmotorsports.com), but I might be imagining it. Not sure if they do installs, or just offer parts. You might have better luck checking through TireRack, as they have some shop reviews:

I always plan on a full day for any "first time" job. Sounds like they are estimating it at about 7-8 hours. In the SF Bay Area that would be like 6 hours because almost everybody is over $100/hr now. It took me about 6-7 hours to swap the shocks and springs on my M5 this past weekend, including clean up. I did run into some problems but nothing severe other than a dead Koni with only 5k miles on it. Grrrrrr.

If a grunt like me can do it in 6-7 hours a shop should be able to do it in 4 max.
