Default Akebono ceramic pads

Does anyone have a part # for the best Akebono ceramics for the 01 GS430?
Also what is the best place to get them? Or if anyone has a better suggestion for pads please chime in, I am just going with Akebono due to what I have read here it seems they are the pad of choice.

Thanks,
Rob

If you have stock size rotors, go with the Pro Act Ceramic

They bite pretty well and give off low dust. Mind you, I drive aggressive and have stock sized cross drilled/slotted brembo rotors. If you do TT rotors They should be pretty good. Check out the site, it will educate you on pads that fit your driving style

I enlarged the pictures on both of your links and they both are selling the
ultra-premium pro act akebono brake pads. Click on the picture of the box that the pads come in on the Tire Rack web-site and that brings up another picture of the box. Next to it, it says enlarge here. Do that and you can read where it says Ultra Premium it is on the second line down under the Pro-Act. In fact it is directly under the word Act second line under it.

I picked up a set about a month ago and have no problems so far with dusting. No squealing and they seem to stop really really well. No break in required either. By the way I have a 99 GS400 with a RMMSuperCharger and 17" wheels. I would describe my driving style as spirited.

Get the Pro-Act Ultra Premium.
I would get them from Tire Rack since they are a CL Sponsor and it is a great price.
