Default Vibration - Could be This!!..

ok so one day while I was driving, I noticed my steering wheel was vibrating a lot more than usual.. it was around 50mph.. i didn't think anything of it at first.. but then it kept gettin' worse.. so i thought it was because i over torqued my wheels.. well i went to check it out and the vibration was because my front tires were eaten away!!! I was riding on the damn metal threading! so in case you guys are all worrying about anything else, check that as well.. i thought it was my rotors too.. so i was gonna get new rotors, but then i realized the pedals weren't pusating as i braked, lol ... just thought i'd share my little knowledge i came across

Hey, was it inner wear I am hearing? Man, I am having the same problem here too, bro.

Someone here told me that we should go to a shop that specializes in mod car that also does alignment. The problem is I am still struggling to find such a shop around here. Hope there is one in your area.

Hi there, I saw your other post(s) too and was wondering the same thing...where do they have this type of shop that specializes in modded cars that do alignments, here in the MD/DC/VA area??? I hope you find one 'cause we'll all need to find this place soon...if I find anything I'll definitely let you know...maybe we should post this in the NELOC forum?

hey guys, I have a 99 gs 400. I've spent 900+ on rotors, new brakes, 700+ on new tires, and for some reason my steering wheelm still vibrates... the whole car just feels off. It starts at about 50mph then stops vibrating when i accel. then starts up again when the car begins to decel. What could that be? Is this a common problem on 2nd gen gs?

um.. alignment? also, what other mod's do you have on the car? anything to do with your suspension?

i lowered the car on tein cs', have the daizen bushing kit for the sway bars and control arms and an upper stb from cusco.. you should look into these products.. good luck
