Brakes are diffrent on the ISX50's?

Default Brakes are diffrent on the ISX50's?

Hey im not sure but are the brakes diffrent for the IS350 and 250? I read somewhere that they are.
becuase i want to get aftermarket pads but not quite sure if they will fit becuase the part says is350.

Yes they are different.

IS350 is 4 piston.

IS250.....Not sure. 2 pistion? Can anyone correct me?

Yes they are different. They are four piston front caliper.

Rotors

IS350 - 13.1 Front
12.2 Rear ventilated

IS250 - 11.6 Front ventilated
11.4 Rear

Well, let me think about it real hard. I have a strange hunch it will not fit on a IS250.

No they won't the IS350 pads are bigger than the IS250.

seems easy but i think the parts alone are extremely pricey

OEM parts are usually very expensive. The biggest question is whether the mounting brackets for the calipers are the same on the 250/350. If they are, then it shouldn't take longer than an hour a side taking your time (if you've done this before.) If they're not, then custom brackets need to be fabbed and then you would be better off with an aftermarket bbk.

Not only that, but the fluid volume is different, so the ABS won't work right unless you swap it too. Stoptech has a great white paper on their site about this issue. It's just not as simple as sticking a different caliper on an existing system and having it work right.

I personlly think the breaking of my IS250 is very good!! Maybe I have never try so hard on it yet...
