get coilovers.
Some springs offer a lower setup in the front than the back...the Tanabe GF210 springs i got on my car have a 1.8" drop in the front and 1.3" drop in the rear. The Espelir springs are also the same.

I want to get coilovers but I just don't have the money right now for them, I will in the future, hopefully the near future. I don't want to lower the rear because I think even a 1" drop might sit too low for my taste. Rominl what do you mean by funny? Will I get floating in the back and not in the front? Or do you just mean the car will look funny because it's lowered in the front and not in the back. How much of a drop do you think the L-tuned springs will give my car in the front?

Don't install only the front springs
1. It's going to look funny
2. Your car is going to handle like doo-doo
3. If you only want to drop the front save your money for some coilovers (Tein Streets are only $900) and the you can go for the look you want the correct way, don't ghetto rig your Lexus.

You could technically put just springs on the front of a vehicle, but the driving dynamics would be greatly effected. This is not advisable, as it will create unpredictable or undesirable handling effects.
The best option is to use a set of height adjustable coilover suspension and have your vehicle corner balanced and aligned to accomodate for the extra equipment in the trunk of the vehicle.

Sounds like you sunk some good coin into your stereo - which is a secondary function of your vehicle. Why skimp on your suspension which is part of the primary function of your vehicle.
Here's a saying that's been sticking with me for the past few months when playing with the GS...
If you can't afford (time/money) to do the project right the first time. You certainly cannot afford to do it right the second time.
