I wanted to find out about this b/c I already have the daizen bushings and was going to go with the trd sways, but it mentioned that it wouldn't fit and the trds are much stiffer than the daizens.
Rear sway size:
TRD: 19.2mm
Daizen:19.0mm

I think Daizen rear sway bushings can handle TRD sway bar, i'm not planing to do anything with front sway bar, so it doesn't matter. I'm trying to focus on rear sway bar only, tomorrow probably

I have installed TRD rear sway bar and must say there is a difference betwen Daizen sway. The best i can describe is this formula:

1.Stock shocks&springs 2.Tein CS coilovers 3.Tein Flex coilovers
1.Stock sway bars 2. Daizen sway bars 3.TRD sway bars

Read:
Diffrence betwen stock suspention and Tein CS (most of us already know) now difference betwen Tein CS and Tein Flex is equal in volume Stock vs Tein CS.
All i wanna say, each upgrade is a next level, Daizen front sway bar is not a good combination with TRD rear sway, however i preffer TRD over Daizen, TRD meets my expectation and provide me with much more control i was missing after i've switched from Tein Flex to Tein CS.

Daizen sway bars are exeptional in Quality and Performance

Any comments?

Yes, thats quite intresting. I'm going to test my current set up for about 2 weeks and than give you a full honest review. Also, I have an idea what to do with stock rear sway bar to improve handling for almost no cost.
I'll be back with more info, soon

Do you mean "almost no cost" by installing the Daizen stock polyurethane bushings? I think quite a few people on here have done that already, but the improvement is very slight unless their stock bushings are shot to hell already.

Jeff, OEM Daizen bushings play a part in here but thats only addition to slightly modfied OEM rear sway bar.
I haven't complete this project yet, i'm gonna start testing this one within next month or so..
