about 1.5" drop would sit right above the tires i believe, most people on this forum are sittin on coilovers, but there are many on spring/shock combo people as well. most spring companies would get you a good drop. l-tuned and eibach springs tend to be the most common springs i see on here. hope that helps.

btw, on the top of the 2nd Generation GS page you will see a link to the suspension and brake section. go there for answers on this topic, the MODS will probably move this thread over, and also will tell you that SEARCH is your best friend, search the old threads there are many that cover this

Well first of all what is your budget? Like Tony said most people are on coils which is the best route, but spring do the job right also!

I have the espelir springs with ltuned shocks(KYB's) the drop is agressive 55mm front 30mm rear and the ride is excellent. I also installed tien springs on my friend gs400 and the drop the car about 1.5in.

I got tein s-tech springs with KYB struts, i got 20s on my gs with 245/35s on it, and it sits right above the tire. The ride is great, but im planning on selling it to get coils and slam it. Let me know if youd be interested in buying them!
