Default Brake Failure, Annoying Sounds From Dash

I got a problem with my GS300 (platinum series if it matters)

On my way on about a 45 minute trip my back passanger tire stats grinding very hard, however at the time I had no choice but to drive it home (very late and very urgent trip).

So i take it home and notice the brake pad is very low and the rotor has an substantial about of grooves in it, especially compared to the others which are smooth and new looking.

So my plan is to take it to get it fixed however when i turned my car on the next day to go take it to get it fixed several of my dash lights came on (brake, vsc?, abs?, and the car is now making a continous beeping sound. Since the bake lamp light was on I decided to check the brake fluid and sure enough it was low. So i replace it and in about one-two minutes of letting the car runpumping the brakes the sound stops. Fixed NO!

The GS is leaking brake fluid out of that same tire! Now i dont know if its the seals or if I have to replace my Caliper along with the brake pads.

Does anyone have any experience with this?
Why is it so worn down on that tire and why is it leaking?
I Have 20' rims on the car too

Check your brake lines, big wheels could damaged them. YOU HAVE TO LOCATE LEAK FIRST, BEFORE YOU REPLACE ANY PARTS. Do not attempt something you dont know!!!!!

I would expect your caliper cup seals have failed and the caliper would need replacing.

You can get a brake caliper rebuild kit from Lexus. I'm in the process of rebuilding my SupraTT brakes. The rebuild kit consists of all the seals and such. It cost like $25 for the kit. Make sure you know what your doing though. If not take it to a shop.

Yeah, but still - what caused brake pad to fall off, leaking piston seals don't make brake pads fall off. Find the reason why it happend.
