Default What Suspension Mods needed?

I just got a set of 18’s and from what I understand; I will no longer have that nice stock ride. What mods can anyone recommend in order for me to have the best of both worlds? Considering Tein CS; any thoughts, suggestions, or opinions?

Didn’t consider 19’s because she is going to be my daily ride

wrong forum? haha

anyways i have the TEIN CS as do many members on CL - best ride comfort IMO.. with 18's if you don't want to lower it, it should still feel like stock.. with the proper tires.. I have 19's and my GS is my daily driver as well.. good luck with your search

The first thing is that you will not ever get the stock ride back. Even with the stock shocks and springs, you have lost rubber in the sidewall. On top of that, you are now running "performance" tires (with the thinner sidewalls) which tend to have stiffer rubber. The only choice is to MINIMIZE the harshness. Assuming you want the option of lowering the car, the Tein CS is a good choice towards this endeavor.

Thanks for all the replies. It is unanimous; Tien CS is going to be the best bet.

Everyone has made the comment about lowering; will there be that much of a gap after the wheels and Tien CS are installed? If so taking into account that I am conservative how much of a drop you would recommend?

with the tein cs, you can make the car HIGHER than stock if you want. that's the thing about coilover, you get controls
