Default Need quick help on adjusting coilover height

Mod's, feel free to move this...

Im putting my stock 17's back on right now, and thought I'd try to lower my coilovers while the wheels are off....BUT to lower it, do it turn the coilovers for more tension, or less tension???

Any help would be greatly appreciated
