Default Upper Control Arms

How can you tell which upper control arm goes on which side. For some reason I cant tell and I may have put them on vice versa.

the left control arm should go on the driverside, and the right control arm on the passenger side. isn't there a "L" or and "R" somewhere on the arms?

i dont recall seeing R or L. but ill check when i get home. also, is L driver?

yes, by default the driver side (US spec) shoudl be L. basicall you position yourself to be sitting inside the car
