Default seized eccentric bolt, removal tips?

Hi there,

I just tried to help my brother to install the Battleversion adj. toe link, but the eccentric bolt on the factory toe link which connect to the subframe was seized, we didn't bother to try another side.

Is there any tips about removing those seized eccentric bolt?

thanx
