Does anyone know if lowering the car will void any of lexus warranty? And if it does will it be better to let the dealer do it so maybe they will warranty it?

To my knowledge it does void your warranty. Unless it is a factory authorized upgrade-and installed by the dealer (L-tuned, TRD, etc.).

The warranty would only be void to the extent the problem was related to the suspension. So if after lowering, u get squeeks, creeks, alignment issues, tire wear issues etc, you are on your own. Unrelated parts like the engine, transmission, interior parts etc would still be covered.
