Default brake install question

Just did my first brake install ever (on a 01 430 with 61k)
everything went ok, hardest part was getting rotors off- they were on there tight- anyways, i put on new CD and slotted rotors with hawk hps pads. I did not have time to break them in, so i just took a ride around the block to make sure everything worked, but there is a constant rubbing noise from the rears- I think its the rear pads rubbing. Will this go away when I do a couple break in runs or did I screw something up? Thanks
