Default New Tophat bolts for teins?

I have a 2nd gen suspension on my car that's why I am posting here.

has anyone had to replace tophot bolts before? I can't find to correct self clinching studs/bolts anywhere, tein hasn't been any help what-so-ever
I can't put on the strut tower bar I got otherwise.

they are 10mm bolts with a 1.25 thread pitch I need ones that are 60mm in lenth. I don't know the knurl on them though, I might have to remove one strut and measure.
