Default my castor is off can i just replace the whole dang thing?

when i got my alignment done the other day the dude told me my castor/caster is off.. he said it doesnt wear out ur tires but you'll notice a pull to left/right on highspeeds. im wondering with everyone replacing bushings, tie rods, control arms, and caster arms. could i just put on new caster arms to be back into spec. ?

personally, i would go for the bushing kit and be done with it...they should last a very long time, polyurethane bushings, not a bad price either...just the bushing install is a headache. I think they're around a hundred dollars.
