Just wondering, since the stock GS front tire gap are much higher than the back, after I install the L-Tuned Spring and shock, the looks on front still higher than the back, it that normal? did they install correctly?

yes it is. It is the same if you install other aftermarket springs as well. The front drop of the l-tuned is 1.2 and the rear is .9 so it attempts to bring the front gap closer to the gap of the rear but it isn't enough.

If you want to eliminate the gap, you will need coilovers or you can cut the springs which is not recommended but doable.
