stupid Question about the steering ECU
I know it's been asked so many times b4 but where can I get the steering Ecu online or couold someone give me a part # for it , thx guys

and for gs430, it's hard to say coz' there have been cases where people with gs430 put in the ltuned ecu and it still helps

No, you DO need to buy it. It was only mid-2001 and up that seem to have it from factory.
