judging by the look it seems like springs, but i am not sure

if it's coilover, you gotta lower it more

Springs are good for an inch or two, coilvers are ussually fully adjustable and can go from an inch to several inches of lowering.

springs/shocks, they are fixed heights most of the time. you get a springs that drop the car by 2 inches and that's all you get, nothing more.

coilovers are shocks and springs engineering together for the best peformance. and they aer usually highly height asjustable as well, so you can actually lower the car the way you like, as long as itt's not hitting the limit
