Daizen...front sway bar noise
Well....like the rears.....my front end link bolts were loose....that was the reason for the clunking noise after hitting little bumps.
The bolt didn't even look loose at all....it looked tight....but when i twisted by hand....it started to loosen easily.
Just a heads up to those with Daizen sways....check the end link bolts routinely.

Pete, without a jack, is there an easy way to get in to check those bolts/nuts? I just discovered that my rear bolt had rattled off (fixed it today), but can't seem to gain access to the front sway areas....
Thanks,
Patrick

You can get to these endlink bolts by turning the tire to one side.....you should be able to reach it......then turn the tire to the other side to work on the other end.
As for threadlockers....I got some in my garage....but I forgot to use it....I plan to do it soon.

same thing happened to mee. i heard this clink rattle noise jacked up my car took off the mud guard and realized it was only the end links (what a waste of time)... You dont need to remove anything to tighten the end links but i dont know if turning the wheel would be a good idea. dont you need to have the car's height even, and by turning the wheel you cause the car to dip a certain way.
