Angry Rear Tire Rubbing Sound. Normal?

I recently put a new tire combo on my car. 19x 9.0 all around. I made sure that the tire combo was not taller than stock with a handy equation.

The tire width went from 7.0 to 9.0 inches.

On semi-hard left turn, I hear a rubbing sound from the passenger rear. No other tires do it. Including drifting right turns. (No tire damage upon inspection and 200 mi)

I thought it was odd since people commonly place 10.0 in tires in the rear.

Is the cars weight unevenly distributed? Is my rear out of alignment?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
