Had Daizen ever got around to making polyurethane/plastic bushings for the TRD blue sways?

yeah you are probably right. But i heard a rumor they were coming out with it....i guess it never materialized.

How much life do you think those TRD heavy rubber bushings will last? Do you think Mr. Gantz sells replacement bushings?

i don't know for sure but i would think you can get replacement bushings from steve. on the other hand, if you drive normally, i would really think the rubber bushings should last quite a long time

I have had TRD Blues on and off the car for over two years. Swapped them again last weekend and with the exception of reduction in the mold release lubricant that comes on the TRD bushings, they don't look like they have any wear on them at all.

If you think you need solid bushings but like the TRD blues, I would save the stock bushings and take the dimensions of the TRD blues and then contact someone like polygraphite and ask them if you send the originals (to get the outside dimensions) and give them the dimensions of the bars, how much they would charge to make up a set.

Noltec make universal poly bushings for a variety of sizes. Not sure how well they fit or if they are really that useful but they are available for around $12 a bushing.
