Eibach or L-Tuned Performance Road Springs question and input??

Eibach or L-Tuned Performance Road Springs question and input??
I know if i go with the Eibach springs ill get a drop of 1.0in Front, 1.0in Rear
BUT how much off a drop will i get if i go with the L- tunes springs ?
i want to keep the stock ride feel since this is my daily driver car and i live near and drive in the city every other day (NYC pot holes as well as NJ ones SUCK)
also any input on the Tein Springs?
and what springs would you go with and WHY?
