Default Supra Front Brake Upgrade

I've done searches, but have not come up with a clear answer. I want to make sure that the braided brake lines that I get are neither to short nor too long.

For those of you that have done the upgrade, which braided hose did you use? Which manufactuer? Did you use the application for a Supra or GS?

What are the advantages to the Supra brakes? Are they lighter? Stronger? I have never had fancy brakes. They look cool. But...?

Does upgrading to the Supra setup improve braking? I know going to something like StopTech does but I was under the impression the the GS400 had world class braking already if I remember my article readings there was very little with a shorter 60-0 stopping distance....

you are correct, even with big brakes you don't expect to get much shorter braking distance. but it's the brake fades, and the braking feel that are improved. with the stock brakes, after a 350 miles trip, my brakes were defintiely fading. plus the brakes felt so soft... after my new brakes, after the run it's still like new. and the ss line makes the braking feel much more solid

It was a playful "stab." No harm intended.

I've been searching, with no luck. I cannot find a manufacturer that makes cross drilled front rotors for the stock MKIV turbo. Could anyone help?

Be right back!
