Default Camber Kit - What is it and What'll It Do?

I don;t know a lot about this stuff but am asking the question to see if it may be what I need to fix my alignment issues. I have a '99 Gs that has been lowered with 2 different springs and now I run Eibachs and still have issues with getting a straight on alignment.

What does the camber kit consist of and what will it do.

Please start fromt he basics with you answer.
