Talking Thanks

Thanks for the help everybody gave in getting the shake out of my steering wheel. All the advise given was taken into consideration and communicated to the repair shop. I told the shop manager what the problem was and he asured me that he could fix it. Happy to report that the GS 300 is runmning as smooth as a babys bottom. Just got it back tonite. Ran it at 110 and it felt good. No great. Thanks

Excellent, what did they do to fix the shake? Don't keep us in suspense.

Thumbs up

This shop called Columbus Springs, located in Columbus, GA., did a speed balance. They also told me that the rims that are on the Lex was not an exact fit. There was a small space in the lug holes. and thats what was causing the shaking in the wheel. All is well in Lexville now. I'm as happy as a pig in ****.

it seems like you are missing the hub rings and that causes the problem

I thought he indicated they're Lexus rims, in which case there would be no rings.

No they ARE, so you don't need rings.
