Default Tokicos with stock springs

Can I use them or would the shocks be too stiff and the springs too soft?

They'll be just fine. I've had mine for 2 years now, very comfortable and a little better handling than stock.

Then When I get the lowering spring in a few months, I won't need to change the shocks

You do however run a greater risk of blowing them out.
