I woudl hope that it woudl void just the suspension warranty, hopefully.
I have ordered the TRD STB, plan to install it myself, so that would void the warranty as well, and since its voided I might as well getthe Daizens sways too..
What do you guys think...

Mods don't void the whole warranty, only the area involved or related areas. If you have steering problems later, a dealer could blame the sways, for example. Sway bars are not complex devices though, and the Daizen's are still comfortable so you're not going to be jarring the car hard or anything. Don't sweat it.

go for the daizens , brother , you wont be disappointed in the least ... the bars are not overly stiff therefore no ride degradation , therefore no uneeded stresses on other suspension pieces.. should you develop a susp issue , before going in for svc , swap back on your oems , then swap them back or find a dealer that is intrested in keeping a customer

yeah what they said. there are laws saying that the dealership has to prove that the defect is due to whatever mods you put in in order to void that part of the warranty
