Had a bad experience with this dealership this week which involved excessive charges for belt/hose repair for our RX330. The dealership had the car in the shop for two days and charged three days of labor. Details can be found on Yelp and dealerrater.
As a result, does anyone have a recommendation for a repair shop in the Newport Beach/Costa Mesa/Irvine area? Looking for an honest and reliable company.

I dont know any dealers in CA that have a totally good rap. You are going to pay more at the dealer. That said, I had a bad experience at Tustin Lexus, and a much better one at South County Lexus (Mission Viejo).

Over the years, I’ve gone to Newport Lexus, as well as Lexus of Westminster. Both have excellent service!

Not my experience. I've been taking my three Lexus vehicles to Dynamic Auto Repair in Fountain Valley the last few years. Son Nguyen is Lexus certified. Much better experience.
