new to the lexus world and just wonder if everyone has to make appointment for lexus service everywhere. I made a bad impression my first time to the local lexus house. they sent me away and when my appointment was done they put a stink bug in my car for the ride home. I have been back a few more times and no more issues but... ( was on passenger side and crawled under seat and was on back seat when I got home)

...what dealership was that ???...lol...I haven't taken mine to the dealership but 3 times in 6yrs (Sewell Lexus Dallas).2 of those I had an appointment & the other time, I just showed up,but had no problem
