Arizona's Monthly Toyota Meet
What: Monthly AZ Toyota Meet
Where: Boba Tea House - Details, see below.
When: Saturday, October 11th '08 - Time: 5PM
I am trying to see how much interest there is to get a Monthly Toyota Meet started here in the PHX area. Stay updated by looking at the latest posts.
We would be meeting on the last Saturday night of each month at around 6PM. The place where we'll meet will be decided when enough people show interest.
I would like to get as many Toyota owners to attend as possible. It will be a way for us all to get to know each other and check out other Toyota models. This is also including all Scion owners and all Lexus owners!!

For this meet I'd like to set it up as general get together meet for drinks.
Boba Tea House - 2055 N Dobson Rd, Chandler, AZ

*The plan will be to meet at the Boba Tea House on Dobson & Warner, just East of the 101. Well just hang out and have some drinks until we're ready to leave.
Or head out for a cruise afterwards.

Yes B how bout some info on you... a name for starters and maybe what you drive.Interested on why those days and time, I'm down for a monthly meet but normally Thursdays are my bowling days and Saturdays are my drinking days.
Maybe we can incorporate that into the meets. ; )

The reason behind Thursday is because I don't work thursdays but other people do, and I thought it would be a good way for people to relax after work during the week.
The reason behind Saturday is because most people are available for meets on that day. Especially at nights. I'm trying to get my boss to let me get off work at 7pm on Saturdays instead of 11pm so we can all meet up at a reasonable time!
The time and date are still up in the air at the moment. I'm just trying to get things organized and make sure we set it for a day and time that most people are free. I have no doubt's that we can incorporate drinking and/or bowling into the meets.

What part of the valley are you from? Everyone seems to be dispursed all over town so a meeting place around downtown phoenix might work for everyone. I am mostly available on the weekends but can make time during the week. Maybe Charley or Steve can share their thoughts on a date since they both live out of state

I live in E. Mesa. But spend a lot of time in Tempe. I'm not one to complain about distance of meets, so as long as I can get everyone to agree on a place, I'm there.

I'm always down for Tempe! At the initial meet up we had last Thursday, we ended the night at the Oasis. If no one here has been there it's a Hookah Bar. It was my first time going, and it was pretty interesting!

When you say initial meet, is there more of you guys and do you use any other sites? What cars are in the group?
Well unless you guys want to head up to Tucson Easter weekend,I won't be able to make anything until next month.

Yes there is much more people interested. I have this on almost every toyota forum I can. We have members from 9thgencorolla.com, newcelica.org, mr2oc.com, and a few others.
The next meet has been initialized for Saturday the 29th. We'll be meeting at the Tempe Towne Lake at around 6PM.
