DAY 1: Towers Shop(pass out agenda) 8pm

INFO on the meet itself:
The meet will be at the grassy area/parking lot/ picnic area on the right hand side as soon as your enter, the meet is NOT at the museum, but in the area in front of it....(Lake Biwa Pavillion in Morikami Park) there are 80 spaces and a huge 5+ acre grassy lot!
they were kind enough to host/sponser us/help us all out. I will be thanking them personally! Everyone needs to show up and support!

coolers, generator, stereo sound system, folding chairs, food, drinks, table cloths, banners, cups, etc
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE RULES AND REG.

-A NO TOLERANCE POLICY WILL BE IN EFFECT AND YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE!

We have secured a meet with JM Lexus of Coconut Creek/Margate.
They were very happy to host us for day #3 of our huge meet, space is limited for the showing cars. Spectators #'s = unlimited!

-There will be VIP guided tours! Time: TBA
-There will be a radio spot.
-They are helping us out alot.

-From the North on I-95:
I-95 south to Linton Blvd., Delray, travel west for 4 miles to Jog Rd. and turn south (left). Proceed approximately 3/4 miles to Main Museum entrance road (just past traffic lights at Morikami Park Road), follow winding road to museum parking lot.
-From the North on Florida's Turnpike:
Take the Turnpike south to Delray Beach exit (Atlantic Ave.) and head east approximately 2 miles to Jog Road. Turn south (right) onto Jog Road. Proceed approximately 1-3/4 miles to Main Museum entrance road (just past traffic lights at Morikami Park Road), follow winding road to museum parking lot.

Im there... Dont know if I can afford to stay down there for all 3 days but ill definately be there on Sat. Be sure to have alot of clublexus stickers and cards to hand out

Hey CHINO if you want to stay for all 3 or 2 days and want to crash with me it's fine i have an Extra rm, i'm sure my girl won't mind also easier too cuss i'm in coral Springs..

okay folks , seeing that the hollywood beach idea is being hampered by insurance req by hollywood at the moment , lets make Josh's event one to truly remember
Lets make a strong 80+ car turnout at this one for sure to outdo any other florida meet
lets show the other clubs how strong and dedicated the lexus comm is

im working with a few people here in orlando, trying to get some big name companies to represent for the supra community........
ill see what i can do. we should have no less than 100 cars... there were 52 cars at the old town meet... 49 lexus', and 3 supras... there were about 40 supras at the hogan meet in clearwater too, so there should be no problem getting people to come out. there needs to be an official head count like there was with the old town meet.
