Default Am I using the Club Lexus Customer Service forum correctly?

I have submitted two questions/requests to the Club Lexus (CL) Customer Service forum and received no response. The first submission dealing with poor customer service at Lexus of Shreveport was submitted two or more weeks ago and I've still heard nothing back from CL Customer Service. The second submission dealing with a clicking noise during breaking/acceleration coming from the driver's side A-pillar (or driver's side dash) of my 2015 GS350 F Sport (RWD) was submitted several days ago. I submitted the questions on the CL Customer Service Forum in the same fashion that I am posting this thread and in the same manner in which I have posted others in the GS and IS forums. After both submissions, a window popped up stating that the submission was received and to give Customer Service sometime to evaluate the content of the request. Do they only respond to the more interesting questions or to a limited percentage of questions or am I simply goofing up the process somehow? Final thought, am I not waiting long enough for a response?

FWIW I haven't found the customer service forum here to be very helpful.

Right now I'd advise you to call them and also post your question in the main model forums. They aren't active in responding at the moment
