Dave/Mods: Did the long-standing CL policy that only mods could post images, links, videos, etc.....in the Debate Forum get loosened or dropped recently? I notice that, lately, some non-moderators have posted or attached images and videos on some threads in that forum.

I'm not necessarily saying I disagree with that policy. I know why it was implemented in the first place, and there was indeed some justification for it.

No, but perhaps the new tool to upload images may not play by the same restrictions we had in place. Will look into it
