The forum you posted in is for questions and discussion about 2nd gen GS, not vendor complaints (and to be clear, TM Engineering is not a Club Lexus vendor - hasn't been for many years).

There is a HUGE issue/discussion thread on TM engineering already running and your post is merged there.
