A New "Build Thread" SC300/400 Sub Forum or Sticky?

I think it would be a fantastic way for users to post and browse through all the build threads. A lot of very cool and very informative build threads get lost and can be almost impossible to search for because of the lack of keywords used when making build threads.

Matt, I corresponded with a moderator about this yesterday and think its a great idea. I think we're likely to do an index and include in the FAQ or its own sticky vs a sub forum so we make sure the threads don't get overlooked.
