Hello Everyone,
I just wanted to inform everyone that I, Steven, have decided to resign as of a couple weeks ago for personal reasons. If you still have issues that involve any orders that you have worked with me on, please send me an email at
tsteven@sbcglobal.net
For any future orders or order updates, please email info@vipautosalon.com. Thank you again.

I ordered my toms diffuser very recently from Clark at VIP. It took a while due to some delays in shipping (not VIP's fault, as I called the TOMS usa distributor to verify the delays), but still got it quicker then most other people did from other vendors, and Clark was good about getting back to me through email. I highly recommend them!

Still haven't received $1,858 that was stolen from me and VIP Autosalon management have pretty much told me to get lost.

When is the last time someone ordered from VIP Auto Salon? I have been trying to resolve a refund I requested in November of last year. I originally placed an order in July of last year for my IS-F. I have since purchased a RC-F in December of last year and have been trying to get a refund. I have gotten zero response from them since January when they finally responded offering to sell me parts for my RC-F. I am pretty much at the point of taking them to court. What is everyones experience with getting a response from them?

well I've stopped trying. The only person who at the time actually tried to help me out was Steven.
But He can't make the final decision on giving me my money back. He's spoken to the owner and basically the owner doesn't give a damn.
I'd say take them to court, if I was living in the USA I would have been all over them as they're just stealing money left right and center from anyone they can.

Doubt they actually sent it to the wrong address, more likely it was never ordered and never sent out.
That's just their way of making you wait for several months and then like everyone else you'll get the ***** end of the stick and they'll tell you to get lost.

this **** is getting out of control.... anyone report this **** on BBB yet?
#375
Yes, I did and the BBB can't force them to respond. The only thing they can do is suggest which they did twice with no response. I am in the military and had the Judge Advocate General submit a certified letter to them. The same rule applies. They can only suggest and can't force them to respond. It is pretty much a civil matter that has to be taken to court.
