Default Question about VIPAutoSalon...

For those of you who dealt with these guys, do they take forever to answer emails or pick up their phone to discuss current orders? I can't even cancel the ferakin order because I can't reach anyone, I had to leave VMs.

I had to get my credit card company to call them before they would answer the phone and cancel my order...... Hope you get it worked out.

Call your credit card company immediately. They are fraud, I had to cancel my order too.

how many of you have successfully cancelled your orders through VIP directly? Do i really have to call my CC company? I don't understand how people stay in business running things this way. It's like a blatant "You're not important to us". I mean you know this guy answers his private email, but not his business, WTF!

I just met with Clark yesterday for instalation of my Lexon diffuser.
Very happy with with the install.
I know they had some problems before for a while, but I think everything is back to normal there.
I think the orders take little bit longer to receive then they estimate for you.
Mine was delayed by at least 6 weeks. Besides that, I love my diffuser.
Worth the wait.

UPDATE: If you refer to post 132 which was 2 months back, my initial complaint was a 6 month delay of getting my headers. UNTIL THIS DAY.. which is now almost 8 months I have been getting like 1 email every month with another excuse of supplier/UPS bla bla excuses. I just lost hope honestly and will ask for a refund (doubt ill get one) or just move on. Peace.

may i allow to cancell the order? and how ? please give me some advise ?i aslo order thing from them. over a month already, they e mail me said tell the japanese counterpart to send me the product directly, but stll no response. waste my time, !!!!!

Although parts do usually take more than a month to arrive from Japan, a lot of members have waited over a year for their parts...

People have been calling their credit card company claiming fraud and getting refunded. You might have to take this action.
