Can an administrator or moderator or somebody please, please add or tell me how to add the "picture and albums" link to my user control panel?

Although I am not sure if what you are asking is even possible, can't you just get to the albums on the site's main menu bar with the "Photos" menuitem?

On the left side of your Control Panel you do not have it listed under Networking?

I have that and I created an album, put the pic in the album, and posted it but it wasn't a useful size(almost a thumbnail). I'll play with it. As always, thanks for the help though.

I suspect the problem is you linked the image from the gallery directory where you see all the thumbnails vs the image you uploaded itself.
