What's happened to P.G_Wil (PG Motoring USA)

I'm thinking about ordering a kit from them. Looks like they used to be a forum sponsor, but all of their threads have been closed and locked. Were there any issues with customers? Or are they just not a sponsor anymore?

No issues with customers that I know of. I believe they chose not to renew their approved vendor contract is all.
