^ What phone do you have? Because from what I remember, some smartphones doesn't work with "mobile version" websites. I remember the Nokia N900 was like that (correct me if I'm wrong).

There's too much empty room for many options, I doubt it will effect the speed that much, most of us have good touchscreen phones.

Who uses the internet on a non-smartphone btw?

Dave, this is awesome!! The only issue I had was the search button on the top right would lead me to a URL that was down. I'm thinking that it is just temporary.
Im always on my iPhone with my month old purchase of a SC300 with 70k miles on her. You know I'm on this site like a fat kid on ice cream...

Glad its here, but after using it... Eh... It's ok.

The two things I think that we NEED is being able to quote, and the ability to jump pages within a thread.

Dave, great innovation, I am on my way to Sydney via Dubai onboard A380 flight using there Onboard GPRS connection and I am typing this message. The cost is 1 mt = 4$. Good day !! And it is really fast. I am sure all members will give their inputs to have your preparation for the next version improvments. Again Kudos

After using it more, I prefer to stick with the regular site and pinch and zoom. This mobile version is too unintuitive to use. Can't edit. If I'm at the very bottom of a thread I need to go all the way to the top just to go back one page. The 'back' button on my Android doesn't yield a typical browser 'back' action. Instead, it seems to refresh the screen. There's no way to edit your post. It doesn't show who last posted or who even started the thread.

Sigh

I think the "no zoom" is a good idea, it feels like an app. The font is clear, buttons easy to click, only thing I would like to zoom is the pictures, that is why I'm requesting something to fix about enlarging the picture.

The layout is fine, but we have limited options here. I'm using the regular site too.
