There are no pop up ads on or planned for CL.
I'd suggest starting with running a spyware / adware cleaner on your PC
It's possible that IB accidently enabled them for our site, but I haven't seen any and been through a bunch of posts this AM

Guys I'm aware these are back this AM and am reporting it. Saw one for a survey and a big dropdown for the US Army.
