Question PM Inbox Size
Whats up with the PM Inbox size?

I cleaned out a ton, when done I had like 10 messages in it, and it still said I was 'Full'.

??

Try cleaning out your sent box as well. Also make sure your inbox is set to show messages from the "begining" not just the last "ten days" otherwise you have not deleted your inbox.

Ahhh - yep, with the 10 day thing.

I cleaned out my sent too before you mentioned this, but the Sent isn't the Inbox.

I did have a ton in my Sent - that must have been it.

Yup, just like email... sent, inbox, is saved in the same category folder !

Go to your main CL page and it'll tell you in the upper left hand corner

OHHH.. ok... I was thinking it was full 100%, but it was displaying 57%... my fault.

Did the Inbox storage limit increased? I now have more space in my inbox but I didn't delete any messages.

Yes...I increase it somewhat but I do want members to start downloading their messages with the new download feature that I installed.

OK.... guys check this out ~~~~~~~ !!!!!!!!

there is a new option where you can download your messages to your hard drive. Mike has added this helpful option.
