whyat ever happened to this??? i mean it is just stopped and when they do one they usually have a gap in months between them..

SO IMO I think your comments are quite a bit exaggerated. Its doing much better than it used to be (more like car of the quarter, lol).
People get busy sometimes and can't do their 'regular' jobs and extra stuff too. I looked into this a bit for Feb (since people are asking and I don't normally get involved in COTM) and the member that was selected did not (or has not) completed a set of pictures yet. It's a lot of work just prodding the selected folks to get their stuff turned in on time sometimes. Like herding cats.
So all I can tell you is... please be patient. When the member is done, we'll put it up.

Not a problem - we usually annouce them specifically in the model forum of the COTM.... if you don't read that forum (or the home page) its easy to miss!
